Hi, my name is John. I've been in the business of growing trees for over a decade, with an emphasis on growing tropical fruit, citrus, cold hardy avocados, edible landscaping, natives, palm trees, and sustainable eco-friendly agriculture. Trees are a vital part of our ecosystem; offering beauty, food, shelter, fuel and carbon sequestration. I am committed to creating a greener earth, and I want to see all the trees I sell grow and produce. My first words of advice: Bigger is not always better! There is both too big and too small. The most important thing is that you have the right variety and rootstock for your climate and soil. Make sure you plant in well drained soil, not a clay hole. My farm is almost all clay, and I learned the hard way. I mostly plant on mounds of sandy topsoil.
